    Very attentive and understanding. Made time for me to schedule my journey to the location and test the car before purchasing. Made me aware of the car, the specs, exterior, etc and informed me very well on prior history. Would highly recommend!

    Honestly, this was a bit of an ordeal but in the best way possible.I travelled all the way up from Cornwall to view the car, and literally just before I got there the engine management light came on while it was being delivered. Straight away Cal said he wasn’t comfortable selling it like that with an unknown issue and had it sent back.Turned out to be something minor with the O2 sensor, but because it was late and parts shops were closed, he refused to cut corners or stick a second hand part on just to get it sold. He wanted it done properly for both our peace of mind.He even drove me over 30 minutes to a hotel, made sure I was sorted for the night, and kept me updated the whole time.By the time everything was done, the car had a full service, a new timing belt, fresh 12 months MOT, and a full valet inside and out. On top of that, he included 12 months AA warranty and breakdown cover.You can tell he genuinely cares about doing things right and making sure you leave happy. Small local dealer but the level of service was better than anything I’ve experienced before.Can’t recommend Cal enough.

    Unresolved Refund and Faulty Vehicle Experience

    I am sharing my experience as a professional driving instructor to help other customers make an informed decision. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership for my business, but unfortunately, the car was not of satisfactory quality and was unfit for purpose.Despite extensive attempts to resolve this directly, the business has refused to provide a refund for the faulty vehicle. Even after formal processes were completed and the business was required to return my funds, the payment remains outstanding.As a professional whose livelihood depends on a working vehicle, this has caused me significant financial distress. I am currently out of pocket for thousands of pounds while the dealership continues to list high-value stock.Based on my experience: There is a significant lack of accountability regarding refunds and financial obligations to customers.Once a problem was identified, the business became obstructive rather than helpful.I strongly urge any potential buyer to check this company's public business and financial records before handing over any money.I would advise looking for a more transparent dealership that prioritises customer protection and honours its financial commitments.

    “Thank you for your review. We would like to clarify the situation from our side, as there are important facts that have not been reflected. At the point of sale, the vehicle was fully serviced, supplied with a valid MOT, and passed all mechanical checks with no faults or issues identified. The vehicle was in satisfactory condition when handed over. Following your complaint, we worked directly with the warranty provider, AutoGuard Warranties, to try and resolve the matter on your behalf. However, the claim was declined due to a breach of the warranty terms and conditions. As outlined in the policy, the warranty provided is for personal use only. It explicitly does not cover vehicles used for hire, reward, or driving instruction. Your use of the vehicle as a driving school car, combined with the rapid accumulation of excessive mileage in a short period, resulted in the policy being voided by the warranty company. We also note that the reported DPF issue would ordinarily fall within warranty cover; however, due to the policy being invalidated, the claim could not be honoured. We made every effort to assist you in resolving this with the warranty provider, but unfortunately, this outcome was beyond our control. We also attempted to discuss this matter further, but you declined verbal communication, which limited our ability to assist you more effectively. While we understand this situation is frustrating, the refusal of the claim is a direct result of the warranty terms not being followed, including the failure to upgrade the policy for business use. We remain committed to transparency and fairness in all our dealings and wish you the best moving forward.”
